Ayurvedic Head Massage (Shiro Abhyanga) is a profound healing practice rooted in the wisdom of Ayurveda. This therapy rejuvenates the mind, body, and spirit through specialized herbal oils crafted in the traditional Ayurvedic method. By gently stimulating marma points on the head, it releases tension, supports nervous system balance, and enhances circulation. The therapeutic oils not only nourish the scalp but also provide a sensory experience that grounds and revitalizes, connecting each session to deeper harmony within the body and a sense of tranquil wellness.

How often should I get an Ayurvedic head massage?
The frequency depends on your goals. For general relaxation or self-care, once every two to six weeks is ideal. However, if you're dealing with issues like headaches, migraines, anxiety, or depression, more frequent sessions—such as once or twice a week—may be beneficial.
